Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to physical orders only, we do not accept returns on gift cards.

If you ordered multiple bottles we will only accept a return on one opened bottle, the rest must be sealed and in their original condition. Please note we do not handle the return shipping cost, but will issue a full refund as soon as the return is received in our warehouse.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@trydeos.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Cancellations
To cancel you order, please email help@trydeos.com immediately. We process orders daily, so any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Even if your request was made within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee it will be able to be cancelled. If your order has already gone out, you are welcome to return it, but we will ask you to pay for the return postage. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
